General Purchasing Procedure

Hello there. We will be introducing a new product very soon and this blog post will be on the purchasing procedure.

General Purchasing Procedure:

1. Fill in Order Form at here. See sample below:


2. Wait for a confirmation email send to the email you've provided in the form. The email will be sent from singaporeliuliankia@gmail.com. Do allow up to 3 days for the email, and make sure you check your junk folder too. If you do not receive the email, please kindly send us a Facebook message at Liu Lian Kia with your order details (date and your email). The email sent to you will consist of your order and the payment you need to make (product + postal fee).

3. Make all payments to the account detail below:

Bank Name: OCBC Singapore
Account Number: [we will send you the number in the confirmation email]

Please take a photo or screenshot of the bank transfer as a proof of payment and send it to us at singaporeliuliankia@gmail.com

4. Once we receive the payment, we will start processing your order. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for making the products (or more if order in bulk). Delivery time may differ according to destination.

5. We may send you the photo of finished product and send the products to you via registered mail.

Note: All items will be sent out using Singapore Post Limited using standard registered mail with tracking number provided by Singpost to avoid any disappointment. Delivery usually takes 2 – 3 working days for Singapore orders. Oversea orders will be shipped via registered Air Mail. More information can be found here. Please refer here for standard postal rate. We will not be held responsible for any lost packages or damaged items during the mailing process. We do not allow returns or exchange.
